Key Responsibilities


  • Execute and handle a full range of corporate secretarial tasks, services and matters for clients.
  • Execute statutory compliance duties, including preparing prescribed returns and forms for filing, updating and maintenance of corporate secretarial files and records.
  • Properly update all client documents/records in the statutory files and records with proper housekeeping in designated clients’ document folders/files in the ViewPoint.
  • Update and maintain as well as take custody (if applicable) of all relevant statutory records, books, forms and documents by ensuring all documents are updated and being stored in ViewPoint for data integrity.
  • Strictly adhere to the service promise, such as acknowledging receipt of client’s requests/queries/correspondences within 1 business day and deliver the necessary within 2 business days / the agreed timeline.
  • Apply best practices in corporate governance and compliance along with statutory / regulatory requirements.
  • Update and complete time sheets and task monitoring lists / systems in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist / Perform any other tasks / duties as and when assigned by the Superiors and/or the Management.
  • Strictly adhere to internal policies and Standard Operating Procedures.



Key Requirements


  • Possess CGI (ICSA) qualification, fresh CGIgrad (ICSAgrad) graduates or currently pursuing CGQP (ICSA) programme, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration/ Management Commerce, Law or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in professional firms/ private limited/ public listed companies’ experience.
  • Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practices and familiar with Companies Act and regulations.
  • Good computer skills with experience/knowledge in ViewPoint system as an advantage.
  • Good organizational skills in relation to documentation and work processes.
  • Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, positive disposition, initiative, high integrity and able to work under strict deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player, yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English skills, proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese as an advantage.
