Discover the Role
  • Control over day to day accounts & vendor queries
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual accounts and handling audit
  • Knowledge of statutory compliances in India relating to income tax, SEBI, etc.
  • Good understanding of fund governing documents for effective processing of activities like capital calls, distribution, etc.
  • Work as a channel between client and TMF
  • Explore the opportunity of any new work from existing client

Key Responsibilities

Key requirements
  • CA (Inter) /MBA (Fin) with minimum 2 years of industry experience
  • Experience of AIF Fund accounting is a must     
  • Experience in regulatory and tax compliance
  • Must have handled Accounts and worked on MIS
  • Experience in handling vendors will be an added advantage
  • Experience of Investran will be an added advantage
  • Good communication skill is must
