1. Assist &/or conduct board meetings, committee meetings, and general meetings.
2. Assist in prepare and maintain compliance checklists, corporate records, including documents related to incorporation, amendments, annual filings, director changes & meetings.
3. Assist in review and finalization of e-forms, documents, statutory registers, other records and emails prepared by the Intern and ensure error free & timely compliances are done to avoid penalties.
4. Assist in ensuring proper & timely maintenance of the executed original hard and soft copies of the documents and files for allocated clients.
5. Assist in updating and maintenance of status of annual compliances or other statutory filings to be undertaken.
- Degree holder; Student member of ICSI.
- Good knowledge of corporate secretarial law and be familiar with companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies.
- Good computer skills with experience/knowledge in Viewpoint system as an advantage.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
