Discover the Role

Kickstart your career as an Employee Affairs Executive (GOSI Services Executive), where you will receive full training to perform at your best! You will manage operational employee matters on behalf of our clients in coordination with key government entities. The role involves reviewing employee compliance status, supporting pre‑employment health checks, and identifying required actions across platforms such as GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and GCC (where applicable). You will also respond to CRM-related queries, advise clients on regulatory requirements, and collaborate closely with the Immigration team to resolve employee-related issues efficiently.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee registrations, updates, and compliance across GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, HRSD, and GCC platforms.
  • Handle employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, contract updates, salary changes, and record maintenance.
  • Coordinate monthly WPS submissions, government reporting, and related client justifications.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate GOSI and Gulf Country billing with Finance, CRM, and clients.
  • Support HRDF programs, including Tamheer initiatives and Saudi employee enrollments.
  • Liaise with clients, internal stakeholders, and government entities, providing guidance, issue resolution, and ongoing compliance support.

Key Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, English Literature, Human Resources or Accounting and Finance preferred - fresh graduates are also welcome to apply;
  • Fluency both in English and Arabic is mandatory (both written and spoken);
  • Client-focused mindset;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong cultural awareness;
  • Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy and strong problem-solving skills;
