- Manage day‑to‑day client communication and ensure timely delivery of corporate secretarial services
- Handle a portfolio of non‑listed client companies, including Indian subsidiaries of foreign companies
- Assist in preparation, filing, and tracking of statutory documents with regulatory authorities such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable regulatory and statutory requirements
- Prepare agendas, draft minutes, and support the conduct of Board and Shareholders’ Meetings
- Maintain and regularly update statutory registers and records for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities to support clients with additional services
- Support the team’s smooth functioning and assist seniors with reviews and coordination as required
- Qualified Company Secretary and member of ICSI
- 0–1 year of post‑qualification experience (relevant internship experience in CS domain is acceptable)
- Prior exposure to client servicing or consulting environment is preferred
- Sound knowledge of the Companies Act and MCA compliances; exposure to foreign subsidiary structures is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment with attention to detail
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take ownership of work
