Discover the Role

The Executive – Financial Services will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and operational excellence by overseeing service delivery and invoicing processes, with a specific focus on Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) management within the financial services sector. Acting as a central hub between clients and internal teams, this role ensures seamless communication, accurate billing, and high-quality service delivery, contributing to client retention and revenue growth while embodying TMF’s values of integrity and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and client expectations in financial services, particularly SPV management.
  • Manage all aspects of client invoicing, including generating, reviewing, and reconciling invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with billing agreements.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to create, analyze, and maintain detailed billing reports, track SPV metrics, and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, fostering strong relationships through regular communication, meetings, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and account management, to ensure seamless coordination and fulfillment of client needs.
  • Monitor and forecast client account metrics, providing consistent updates to management through accurate CRM reporting and data-driven insights.
  • Develop a deep understanding of billing mechanisms, including government fees, retainers, and ad-hoc charges, to ensure precise and transparent invoicing processes.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or discrepancies in service delivery or invoicing that could impact client satisfaction or financial outcomes.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and reviews to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and enhance service delivery strategies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients, proposing tailored financial service solutions to meet evolving needs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external regulatory requirements, maintaining meticulous records for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Maintain up-to-date client data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental alignment by communicating client requirements and feedback to relevant stakeholders, driving continuous improvement.
  • Lead client meetings to build and strengthen relationships, ensuring a client-centric approach in all interactions.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inspiring team environment with open communication.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client relationship or account management role, preferably within financial services or a related industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis for billing and reporting purposes.
  • Strong understanding of financial billing mechanisms, invoicing processes, and reconciliation practices, ideally with exposure to SPV management.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address invoicing discrepancies and operational challenges.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-spirited, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach to gaining and sharing knowledge, adapting to evolving industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and mentorship capabilities.
