TMF India have a great opportunity for Executive level role in HR& Payroll Department.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process payroll for employees accurately and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation and payroll regulations.
  • Utilize payroll software (Greaty HR or similar).
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
  • Managing end-to-end payroll services, processing in system and software operations to manage payroll operations
  • Working on payroll compliances such as PF, TDS, ESI, PT, and LWF.
  • Assists in the startup and manages the payroll administration for new clients;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge of taxation and payroll compliance.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (Greaty HR or similar).
  • Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • experience in the Indian Payroll domain.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good in client handling.
