Discover the Role

Support the International Incorporations (II) Team in providing professional administrative and corporate services for offshore companies. This role involves client servicing, coordination with overseas offices, preparation of corporate documents, and general operational support to ensure smooth delivery of incorporation and post-incorporation services.


Key Responsibilities

· Handle client enquiries relating to the use and maintenance of offshore companies (e.g. BVI and Samoa, Cayman companies)

· Liaise with overseas offices to follow up on incorporation and post-incorporation matters across different time zones

· Provide timely administrative support to clients, including preparing activation documents, standard resolutions, and arranging company chops & seals

· Assist in routine Know-Your-Client (KYC) information collection and follow-ups

· Prepare general corporate documentation and ensure accuracy in filing and records

· Maintain technical information and reference materials for the in-house offshore library

· Handle escalated enquiries and ensure seamless service delivery

· Carry out ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by supervisors or senior management


Key Requirements

· Degree in Corporate Governance or related disciplines, with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in offshore company incorporations or corporate administration

· Demonstrated ability to work independently, while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in handling client-facing interactions

· Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua

· Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with corporate administration systems and MS Office applications

· Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment—particularly when navigating tight deadlines and coordinating with stakeholders across multiple time zones
