TMF Group in Hong Kong is expending the Trust Services to grow together. This role will be responsible for a full spectrum of Trust admin duties to client company.
Prepare trust documents and assist in trust administration.
Ensure all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize risk exposure.
Assist in new business on-boarding process.
Handle invoicing and debt collection processes.
Assist in FATCA and other ad-hoc projects.
Handle general enquiries from clients.
Degree holder in Business Administration related discipline.
1 - 3 years relevant experience gained from professional firms is an advantage.
Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Executive position.
Meticulous, well-organized, and self-motivated with positive working attitude.
Good command of written and spoken English.
