Discover the Role

Support the International Incorporations (II) Team in providing professional administrative and corporate services for offshore companies. This role involves client servicing, coordination with overseas offices, preparation of corporate documents, and general operational support to ensure smooth delivery of incorporation and post incorporation services. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Offer administration and technical support to oversea TMF offices and clients (Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, China) for offshore companies
  • Relationship management for key clients in HK
  • Liaison with Group compliance for KYC matters
  • Debt Management (follow up with Sales/RMs for collection of debts)
  • Any other projects/works to be assigned by department head

Key Requirements

Job specific requirements                                                                                                                    

  • Degree or diploma holder
  • Minimum of 5 years of Corporate Secretarial experience in offshore companies (preferably 2 years in supervisory level)
  • Prepared to travel if required

 

Job specific competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin with excellent communication skills.
  • Self motivated.
  • Confident.
  • Fast Learner.
