• Facilitate client payment including online and cheque payment, end-to-end.
• Work with relevant party e.g. case handler, Finance and banker to ensure transaction executed accurately and in timely manner.
• Store all payment documents and correspondence in system.
• Monitor account activities and ensure sufficient fund in client payment bank accounts
• Perform bank reconciliation statement for month end closing
• Participate in interim and final audit work eg provide bank confirmation, supporting document
• Prepare relevant documents and liaise closely with bankers for any banking issues
• Perform projects and other duties as assigned
• Handling invoice preparation, including working together with relevant department to ensure invoice issued accurately
• Ensure invoice record maintained in the system are accurate and up to date.
2 years above related experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or equivalent
Attention to detail and accuracy
Independent and ability to meet tight deadlines
Good command of both spoken and written English
