As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

Join TMF Group as a Senior Analyst in our Group Internal Finance team and play a pivotal role in driving financial performance globally. In this role, you will lead the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes, working closely with Market Finance Directors to identify risks and opportunities. You will analyze monthly performance to uncover insights that optimize results and collaborate across teams to enhance financial outcomes. Acting as a bridge between headquarters and regional offices, you will ensure seamless alignment while implementing tools and streamlining reporting to improve efficiency. Additionally, you will develop and maintain Power BI reports to deliver real-time insights and automate client profitability analyses, enabling informed decision-making.

At this role you will have possibility to work hybrid from our office in Katowice (2 days per week from the office)

• Lead the annual budget process as well as the forecast Q2 process, connecting with Market Finance Directors and helping identifying risks and opportunities;
• Monitor the monthly performance of each country/ market, doing variation analysis of actual vs budget and find in collaboration with markets opportunities to improve performance;
• Collaborate with Market Finance Directors and other departments to understand the impact of each department in the financial performance, bringing insights to improve it;
•  Link between headquarters and offices in the region;
•  Responsible to identify and implement financial planning tools that will automate and improve reporting and processes;
• Lead the development of Power BI reports and guarantee the maintenance on time for the stakeholders;
• Standardize/ automate profitability by client analysis to help leaders make better informed decisions on clients.

• Fluent in English as a second language;
• Good analytical and communication skills with different corporate levels;
• Knowledge in excel and power point (advanced);
• Desirable knowledge in Power BI;
• Understand financial reports – balance sheet, P&L, cash flow;
• Understand accounting;
