The Junior Finance Process Automation Analyst supports the full automation cycle within Internal Finance, including design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
For this position, we are looking for someone who is motivated to develop strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, process automation, and the implementation and support of custom‑built applications.
- Proactively support development, test, implementation and post go-live support of Microsoft Power Platform SaaS custom solutions.
- Collect and document business requirements for various projects and process improvement/automation initiatives.
- Create application specific documentation including Standard Operating Procedures.
- Create presentations, user manuals and deliver end-user trainings for Power Platform custom solutions.
- Interact and interface with TMF local offices and other Group departments or relevant stakeholders when required.
- Independently handle repetitive setup for user access and settings for custom Power Platform SaaS solutions.
- University/College degree or Undergraduate preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Information technology
- Experience in working with business stakeholders within multicultural company environment is a plus
- Proactive with ‘can-do’ attitude and genuine curiosity
- Good analytical skills and data-driven approach
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness
- Well organized with attention to details
