The Finance Process Automation Junior is a person who assists with the overall automation cycle of design, test, implementation and support in Internal Finance.

For this role, we are looking for a candidate who is willing to get deep knowledge of Microsoft Power platforms, process automations and implementation support of bespoke custom applications.

If you can recognize yourself as a detailed-oriented person with strong communication and organizational skills; leveraging common sense to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions; someone who understands the importance of delivering quality products and services to stakeholders on time; interested to work in a dynamic international environment, then you seem to be the right-fit candidate for this role!


Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively support development, test, implementation and post go-live support of Microsoft Power Platform SaaS custom solutions.
  • Collect and document business requirements for various projects and process improvement/automation initiatives.
  • Create application specific documentation including Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Create presentations, user manuals and deliver end-user trainings for Power Platform custom solutions.
  • Interact and interface with TMF local offices and other Group departments or relevant stakeholders when required.
  • Independently handle repetitive setup for user access and settings for custom Power Platform SaaS solutions.

Key Requirements
  • University/College degree or Undergraduate preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Information technology.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Well organized with attention to details.
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Experience in working with business stakeholders within multicultural company environment is a plus.
  • Proactive with ‘can-do’ attitude and genuine curiosity.
  •  Good analytical skills and data-driven approach.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects.
