Discover the Role

This role leads the delivery of fund accounting services for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate reporting and an excellent client experience. You’ll serve as the main client contact, oversee key fund activities, and guide a team of accounting professionals. You will work across internal teams, resolve complex issues, and help drive operational efficiency while maintaining high‑quality service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage audits, tax processes, and key calculations (capital calls, distributions, management fees).
  • Serve as the main client contact and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead, train, and develop accounting staff; provide coaching and performance feedback.
  • Manage multiple client engagements and deliverables across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (valuation, treasury, investor relations, etc.) to meet client needs.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure high-quality, efficient team operations.
  • Resolve complex client issues and support onboarding of new clients.
  • Maintain accountability for team output and overall client satisfaction.

Key Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of fund accounting and partnership structures.
  • Experience with financial reporting, audits, tax processes, and key fund calculations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliverables
  • Leadership experience with coaching, developing, and reviewing staff
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to drive process improvements and ensure high‑quality work under tight timelines
