The GEM Assistant will be working supporting the Global Entity Management (GEM) Team to ensure the accurate and timely execution of administrative and compliance-related activities. The role involves managing a wide range of corporate secretarial and regulatory tasks, including Chamber of Commerce procedures, tax authority filings, digital identity management, and document handling for various types of companies.
Communication and filling to the local Chamber of Commerce and UBO Register (i.e.; declaration of start of activity and local units, UBO registration, confirmation and change etc.);
Download of company profiles and documents from the Chamber of Commerce;
Request for Chamber of Commerce certificates, pending charges certificates and various court certificates;
Registration of EWE ("Employment Without Establishment");
Request and renewal of PEC address for companies and individuals and management of PEC forwarding;
Request for Chamber of Commerce certificates, pending charges certificates, and various court certificates;
Communications to the Italian Tax Authority for companies and individuals (e.g., AA5/6 and AA7/10 forms);
University degree,
Fluency in English and Italian,
Expertise in MS Office ( Word, Outlook, PowerPoint),
Solid knowledge of Profis, Entratel, Telemaco and other platfors used for data exchange with public administration,
Strong analytical skills and accuracy, attention to detail,
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills,
At least one year of experience in similar role.
