Associate – Corporate Secretarial Services is responsible to deliver Corporate Secretarial Services to external clients, assist external clients become and remain comply with global and local regulations, and perform excellent quality of services.
- Provide assistance to the Assistant Managers/Manager in providing corporate secretarial services
- Assist external clients to become and remain comply with local and global regulations related to foreign investment and company establishment process, liquidation process, compliance and statutory administration process.
- Perform research to the Ministry of Investment and other regulatory bodies for external clients
- Draft and review external clients’ legal documents
- Prepare relevant legal documents to be submitted to the Ministry of Investment and other regulatory bodies for external clients
- Provide legal analysis for external clients
- Minimum Bachelor of Law from a reputable university, with minimum GPA: 3.3 (scale 4.0)
- Minimum 1 year in job related experience (Fresh graduates with 3-6 months internship experience are welcome to apply)
- Excellent in legal writing and analytical thinking and strategic thinking
- Have comprehensive knowledge of law and regulation related to corporation and foreign investment law
- Previous experience in handling incorporation, liquidation and formalities matter would be an advantage
- Have excellent communication skill in English, with minimum TOEFL: 550
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Program
- Positive attitude, independent, responsible, collaborative, detail oriented, well organized and able to work under pressure with growth mindset.
