Discover the Role

·      Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiryreviewing previous inquiries and responsesgathering and researching informationassembling and forwarding informationverifying customer's understanding of information and answer.

·      Provides support services by him/her-self or coordinating with internal staff and/or local venders. These are ancillary services on a specific request/need basis – including office search, contract coordination, recruiting, translation, business trip arrangement, insurance, business card, file management, dispatching TMF staff (e.g. Accountant, Payroll agent) or interim management (e.g. Project Mgr, Controller and Internal Auditor by cooperation with agent).

·      Records customer inquiries, reviews internal and external resource availability and designs solutions.

·      Studies possible client needs, explores and identifies recommendable local venders, arranges deals with the venders and designs solution packages.

·      Supports formalizing commission agreements with local venders.

·      Delivers on-site services upon request.

·      Improves service quality by recommending processes improvement, identifying new services and adding new recommendable local venders.

·      Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Key Requirements

  Degree or diploma in business or marketing;

·      Over 2-3 years relevant experience in business service firms;

·      Proficient in Microsoft applications i.e. Power Point, Excel and Word;

·      Professionalism, Organization and Coordination Skills, Verbal/Witten Communication Skills, Project and Process Management Skills, Partnership Building Skills, Customer Focus, General Consulting Skills, Multi-tasking Skills and Interpersonal Skills;

·      Good command in both spoken and written Japanese (native-level) and English (e.g. TOEIC 860 or above).
