- Lead and oversee tax compliance operations, including the review of tax returns and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of tax calculations.
- Manage and coordinate the preparation of supporting tax work and documentation, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Drive commercial initiatives by identifying new client opportunities and expanding the portfolio of tax services.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships to support business growth and retention.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and international stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Lead negotiations and provide strategic guidance on complex tax matters.
- Proactively identify risks and resolve tax and operational challenges through sound judgment and problem-solving.
- Experience in tax compliance, including reviewing and managing tax return processes.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and talent development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Advanced negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to engage with international clients and review technical tax documentation.
