We leverage innovative technologies including robotic process automation to optimize our service delivery model. 


As part of this transformation, we are establishing Global Practice Delivery organisation and we are recruiting a Global Payroll SME who will ensure that any technical business analysis and governance can be owned and coordinated centrally to countries/regions/ markets who are implementing system changes, as well as defining and setting global standards which can be referenced in framework as we deliver services globally. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Global Payroll Subject Matter Expert to organize, consolidate, analyse, and transform data from different sources and datasets to meet business’s requirements.
  • Evaluate and validate the country specific payroll requirements, which include performing the global and country specific functional, technical requirements and wage type mapping with TMF local offices.
  • Identify and/or rectify the gap between business and technical requirements.
  • Create the scenarios test case with some sample test data to validate the scenarios test based on different business events and some exceptional scenarios that will affect the day-to-day operations.
  • Articulate and document the comprehensive functional and technical specifications and processes to ensure a proper handover to different internal stakeholders prior to the project closure.
  • Work with stakeholders in and around regions who provide HR & Payroll services to ensure requirements are captured accurately and solution considerations are designed to meet business needs.
  • Work closely with internal team and/ or stakeholders for identifying service and/or process improvement.

Key requirements
  • Mindset: Problem solver and Decision maker – able to understand why the customer requires the solution and what are the key considerations required to make decisions and take the initiative to demonstrate decision making using data insights and anticipating needs and outcomes. Confident to escalate or seek the required level of support as necessary.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working on multiple projects in line with business scenarios around HCM/Payroll Implementation experience of HCM/Payroll or creating data extracts or reports demonstrating understanding of ERP HR systems and their underlying data structures. 
  • Defining and structuring business requirements with ability to translate to technical design components as Service Delivery Manager
  • Fluent in English with additional languages a plus
  • Ideal profile will have: 5+ years’ HR & payroll experience in a client-facing environment + Payroll certification + Domain experience in Payroll Technical skills in line with ETL/Automation based software, which would be a huge plus, as well as Business Analysis/Project Management/Lean Six Sigma qualification
