Katowice is also the location for our Regional Delivery Center, whose task is to serve the European markets of our clients, companies from the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 rankings. As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.
In this role, you will:
Take responsibility of providing day-to-day business support and have a chance to work with various Regions, Markets and Stakeholders.
Support strategic projects to ensure TMF can execute with excellence and successfully drive Customer satisfaction by influencing, overseeing and supporting Business with system implementation and knowledge sharing.
Provide an expert advice on complex TMF processes (related to R2R).
Share solutions and best practices with wider business.
Conduct training sessions for the Finance team.
Participate in system testing for new implementations and upgrades.
- Responsible for providing expertise, guidance, and support related to the specific area of knowledge (R2R)
- Act as Super User of systems used within the area of expertise (Dynamics365)
- Involved in analyzing and solving complex issues across all entities in RDC scope
- Providing training to employees and assisting in decision-making within their domain.
- Governance and maintenance of process documentation within RDC scope in a specific field
- Identify opportunities for process optimization
- Participate in process change initiatives
- Collaborate with IT/D365 teams to introduce/test technology solutions that support process automation, standardization, and efficiency.
- Work closely with Global Process Owner; Market Finance Directors & Global Process Leads on projects process related
- Act as operations team member based on the demand and availability
- Minimum 5-years’ experience in finance and accounting in a RDC environment
- Proven work experience as an SME or related role, demonstrating expertise in the subject matter
- In depth knowledge of processes, best practices and improvement enablers
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience in application systems development and implementation is an asset
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in an international business context and multitasking
- Project Management experience preferred
- Good communication and presentation abilities
