Discover the Role

The Executive plays a hands on execution focused role in supporting subcontractor operations across TMF´s global footprint of 60+ countries. working under the guidance of a Manager the Executive ensures timely onboarding, accurate documentation and smooth service delivery. As a first line escalation point they help resolve operational issues and maintain compliance across jurisdictions and time zones. this role is ideal for professionals looking to deepen their cross boarder coordination skills and grow into broader commercial responsibilities. 


Key Responsibilities

Subcontractor Support

    Assist in subcontractor onboarding activities, including data collection and documentation

    Follow established procedures to ensure onboarding steps are completed accurately

    Escalate issues, missing information, or delays to the Senior Associate or Manager

Contract Preparation Support

    Prepare draft contract documents using standard templates

    Populate basic commercial and operational information as instructed

    Support the review process by organizing documentation and tracking approvals

Service Coordination

    Help track service requests and timelines across subcontractors

    Maintain trackers and update progress based on input from internal teams

    Escalate delays or issues to the Senior Associate for further action

Financial Administration

    Assist in preparing invoice data and supporting documentation

    Help maintain records of payments and subcontractor billing

    Coordinate with Finance teams on basic queries and follow-ups

Documentation & Compliance Support

    Maintain organized records of subcontractor files and documentation

    Ensure required documents are stored correctly and are easily accessible

    Flag missing or incomplete documentation to senior team members

Operational Support

    Provide administrative and coordination support to the team as needed

    Assist with data gathering and basic research for subcontractor markets

    Support internal process updates and team initiatives
