Discover the Role

As a Government Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the relationship between the CRM’s  and the relevant government portals. With your work you will be supporting our team in Saudi Arabia, and you will work closely with internal stakeholders (Cluster CRM’s) to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws, as well as to develop and implement strategies that promote the Company's and Client interests and objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the Client and government authorities at all levels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Government officials, CRM’s, Clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Familiarize and stay up-to-date with the latest rules and regulations and best practices in KSA Government Portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, MHRSD, MOFA, MISA, ETIMAD etc.
  • Monitor and analyze relevant policy developments and changes that may impact the Clients operations, and provide timely feedback to the relevant CRM.
  • Provide guidance to internal CRM’s on regulatory compliance issues and government affairs matters.
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings, events, and other activities related to Clients with the CRM’s.
  • Manage and maintain the Client’s government affairs database, including tracking Clients Licenses, Block Visa quota, Employees Records, transfers, and Iqama renewals etc. and regulatory developments and maintaining accurate records of all government-related activities.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and provide guidance to the company on compliance.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the cluster caseworker on government relations matters.
  • Strong knowledge of government processes and regulatory frameworks, as well as experience working with government authorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues to a wide range of CRM’s and GRD.

Key requirements
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in HR/ Government relations role, public affairs, or a related field is desireable.
  • Excellent communication skills / Strong interpersonal skills (Fluent English and Arabic.)
  • Familiarity with the regulatory environment and government processes/portals.
  • Experience in dealing with government authorities and managing relationships with stakeholders.
