Discover the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administration Intern to support our HR Administration Team and the wider HR&Payroll Department. 

This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR administrative processes in a professional and multicultural environment and is ideal for candidates at an early stage of their career who are eager to learn and grow within Human Resources.

We are looking for candidate who are looking for mandatory (curricular) student internships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Administration Team Leader and the HR&Payoll Team 
  • Assist with the preparation of client related documentation, including letters, forms, and administrative records 
  • Support the collection, tracking, and filing of signatures on client documents 
  • Perform general administrative tasks for the HR&Payroll and HR&Administration Department 
  • Contribute to the smooth daily operations of the HR Administration function through reliable, timely, and detail-oriented support

Key Requirements
  • Demonstrates openness to new challenges and a strong willingness to learn
  • Shows motivation to develop HR-related skills and professional capabilities
  • Working knowledge of MS Office 365
  • Comfortable learning new systems and HR tools
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, in English
  • Additional French and/or German language skills are an advantage in a multicultural environment
  • Acts with integrity, discretion, and respect when handling sensitive information
  • Maintains positive working relationships and shows empathy and respect
  • Positive, open-minded, and approachable attitude
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic HR environment
  • Able to balance multiple tasks and adjust to new processes when needed
