In this job you will be responsible for a portfolio of one of our clients for whom TMF Group provide HR & Payroll services. As the HR Associate, you will act as the first point of contact for HR administrative related queries. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents and updating internal databases.
- Preparation of employees certificates (any type of certificate);
- Preparation of individual employment contracts, addendums to the contracts, decisions, termination documents;
- Personnel files management (data collection, completion);
- Employee data input in TMF applications with data received from the client;
- Electronic register of employees (REVISAL) verification and submission.
- 1 year of working experience in similar position is preferred;
- Good organizational skills with a keen attention to detail;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients and internal teams effectively;
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders;
- Good command of English (both verbal and written);
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economy or other related field would be preferred
