In this role you will handle day-to-day tasks to secure excellent HR Operations to our employees in TMF Group Poland. As the HR Associate, you will act as the first point of contact for HR administrative related queries. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and updating internal databases.
You will report to our HR Manager for Poland.
- Handling day-to-day HR tasks and securing excellent HR operations
- Managing a full employee life cycle incl. on- and offboarding
- Overseeing HR administrative procedures in the company
- Updating and maintaining personnel records in HR systems
- Supporting payroll process in a timely and accurate manner
- Executing employee administration incl. employees’ file
- Answering all HR queries posed by managers and employees
- Providing proper reporting responding to the business needs
- Contributing actively to the roll out of HR projects in collaboration with other appropriate teams
- Supporting communication related to HR programs and activities
- Strong experience in HR department (at least 2 years), preferably in multinational organization, matrix environment
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Knowledge of Polish Labor legislation and GDPR regulations
- Very good knowledge of English
- Vast knowledge of MS Office (incl. Excel skills)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Enova, Płatnik and/or Salesforce would be an asset
