Discover the Role

In this role, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations while managing the full employee life cycle—from onboarding to offboarding. You’ll oversee HR administration, maintain accurate personnel records, support payroll, and respond to HR-related queries from employees and managers. With a strong focus on operational excellence, you’ll also contribute to HR projects, reporting, and internal communications that support the broader business strategy


Key Responsibilities
  • Handling day-to-day HR tasks and securing excellent HR operations
  • Managing a full employee life cycle incl. on- and offboarding
  • Overseeing HR administrative procedures in the company
  • Updating and maintaining personnel records in HR systems
  • Supporting payroll process in a timely and accurate manner
  • Executing employee administration incl. employees’ file
  • Answering all HR queries posed by managers and employees
  • Providing proper reporting responding to the business needs
  • Contributing actively to the roll out of HR projects in collaboration with other appropriate teams
  • Supporting communication related to HR programs and activities

Key Requirements
  • Strong experience in HR department (at least 2 years), preferably in multinational organization, matrix environment
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Knowledge of Polish Labor legislation and GDPR regulations
  • Very good knowledge of English 
  • Vast knowledge of MS Office (incl. Excel skills)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Enova, Płatnik and/or Salesforce would be an asset
