Katowice is also the location for our second structure - the Regional Delivery Center, whose task is to serve the European markets of our clients, companies from the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 rankings. As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.
Join our HR team as an HR Associate! In this hybrid role based in our Warsaw office, you'll handle day-to-day HR responsibilities while ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the company.
- Handling day-to-day HR tasks and securing excellent HR operations
- Managing a full employee life cycle incl. on- and offboarding
- Overseeing HR administrative procedures in the company
- Updating and maintaining personnel records in HR systems
- Supporting payroll process in a timely and accurate manner
- Executing employee administration incl. employees’ file
- Answering all HR queries posed by managers and employees
- Providing proper reporting responding to the business needs
- Contributing actively to the roll out of HR projects in collaboration with other appropriate teams
- Supporting communication related to HR programs and activities
- Strong experience in HR department (at least 2 years), preferably in multinational organization, matrix environment
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Knowledge of Polish Labor legislation and GDPR regulations
- Very good knowledge of English
- Polish language is a must have
- Vast knowledge of MS Office (incl. Excel skills)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Enova, Płatnik and/or Salesforce would be an asset
