- Documentation of new or existing but previously undocumented global processes across the HR COEs and HR RDC, working together with process owners and SMEs. Outcome: Flow charts, procedural guidelines, risk & control matrices, RASCIs and reporting requirements.
- Review and global consolidation and standardisation of already documented processes, applying lean principles, simplifying, and limiting localisation where possible.
- Monitoring of process control points and periodic internal audit of HR COE global processes that does not mainly fall within the remit of the HR RDC, to make sure that these controls are in place and being followed, to manage risk.
- Review & apply out of box thinking on how current HR systems can be leveraged to improve existing processes, e.g. through automation forms or use of new functionality, together with HRIS and process owners across the HR COEs and HR RDC.
- Together with HRIS and the RDC Team, establish, implement and continiously develop operational key performance indicators to better identify, measure, and improve the effectiveness of core HR processes.
- Perform data driven assessments of the current state of operations and serve as a performance change agent and coach to guide HR teams through data driven continuous improvement activities including implementing automation opportunities
- From HR, leading or participating in the preparation for and implementation of a workflow management and ticketing tool for the HR RDC. Once implemented, support the HR RDC with future process developments on the system.
- Leverage project management best practises / process to manage and support the digital deployments.
- Liaise with key teams and analyse Business Requirement Documents to identify configuration solutions considering all databases, applications and systems affected and provide expertise, and seek clarification on, Business Requirements where required.
Experience:
- Overall 3-5 Years of Experience with minimum of 3 years of experience in technology, transformation programs, business process improvements and/or HR Systems.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in HR Processes.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
- Working effectively and delivering at pace within a remote team.
- Should be able to communicate in English.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Science, Finance, HR, or related field.
