Discover the Role

As HR Business Partner (HRPB), you will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, designed to support our flawless service delivery to clients. This includes talent management, employee engagement, performance development and fostering a positive workplace culture. As a strategic partner to leadership, you will be helping to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency in our offices in Bucharest and Craiova.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals;
  • Provide advice on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations;
  • Support talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the right talent is hired to support business growth;
  • Oversee performance management processes, helping managers on goal setting and feedback;
  • Drive career development and succession planning initiatives;
  • Promote a positive work environment through proactive employee engagement strategies;
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts;
  • Run analyses and following up actions of employee surveys to improve workplace culture;
  • Support the design and implementation of training programs to enhance leadership and technical skills;
  • Ensure market-competitive salary structures and benefits offerings, in line with company policies;
  • Collaborate with Group Reward and market HR to benchmark and adjust total rewards strategies;
  • Ensure compliance with Romanian labor laws, GDPR, and company HR policies;
  • Work with Legal, Risk & Compliance and Finance teams to manage HR-related risks and audits;
  • Maintain up-to-date HR documentation, contracts, and employment records

 


Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with leadership and employees. A deep understanding of HR best practices, along with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, is essential.

Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria:

  • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a financial services or multinational company;
  • Strong knowledge of Romanian labor laws and HR best practices;
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and employees;
  • Fluency in Romanian and English is required;
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
