For our HR Center of Excellence we are looking for a new team member to join us from our office in Belgrade.
The HR Center of Excellence (i.e. further HR COE) provides a coordinated HR support function to decentralized offices in the EMEA region and to their employees. In this role you will provide HR administrative services and other HR tasks, as well as advise on HR questions and use of HR systems.
The HR Executive is responsible for delivering tasks in the consistent and effective manner applying policies, programs, procedures, and practices of the HR COE. The job holder has to provide basic HR administration operational knowledge, as well as HR systems basic understanding.
- Handles all applicable HR administration tasks related to the employee life cycle (i.e. joiner, change, leaver processes);
- Monitors, organize, review work of team members with lower job band;
- Regularly updates general HR RDC documentation (e.g. Guidelines, Instructions etc.)
- Actively participates in transfer of knowledge processes, validation, communication with countries Local HR in order to improve processes etc;
- Maintain good working relationship and atmosphere;
- General monitoring and guidance of new joiners related to all day-to-day activities, such as support with final preparation of the documents for 4 eyes review and conducting new hire training, and refreshment training for colleagues
- 3 years of relevant working experience in similar roles;
- A background in working with global companies is highly valued;
- Strives for high standards of HR delivery;
- Has a solid understanding of processes needed to undertake role successfully;
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Result oriented;
- Computer literate (e.g. word, excel, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach
- Ability to ensure data is maintained with accuracy and consistency
- Good English communication skills
