TMF Malaysia is looking for a Executive, HR to join the team!


Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall HR lifecycle processes which includes, recruitment, new employee induction, employee engagement, payroll compensation & benefits, internal reporting, learning & development, performance management, employee relations, termination and HR compliance.
  • Work alongside HR team lead to business partner with key stakeholders to facilitate workforce planning that supports our business strategy and ensuring it is in compliance with our Target Operating Model (TOM) from a people perspective.
  • Works closely with our recruitment team and hire according to TMF’s Group Core competencies.
  • Drive training and talent management initiatives, performance management and career development initiative.
  • Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and work satisfaction.
  • Conduct induction to new joiners.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments.

Key Requirements
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree or Professional HR Certificate or equivalent with at least 3-4 years of internal HR generalist/HRBP experience.
  • Knowledgeable in HR policies, procedures, systems & dashboards, processes, employment law and regulations.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, influencing skills and stakeholder management.
  • Responsible, accountable, reliable, able to abide by HR code of confidentiality and function as HR gate keeper.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills, team player, independent and able to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solver, ability to organize and plan work activities.
