As an HR Intern, you’ll be immersed in the daily operations of a dynamic local HR department, gaining exposure to core administrative processes and workplace compliance. This role also involves communication with external partners and authorities, offering a well-rounded experience in both internal and external HR functions. It’s an ideal opportunity to build practical skills in a professional and collaborative setting.
- Administration of HR related documents and databases.
- Administration of Safety and Health at work documents and databases.
- Collection and delivery of attendance data and documents for payroll.
- Participation in various HR related projects and presentations.
- Communication with HR related suppliers and authorities.
- Support for office reception desk.
Ideally, you match the following criteria:
- Final year student or a Master student
- Good English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
