Discover the Role

The HR & Payroll Assistant, will prepare payments for different client files. It guarantees the quality of the service both technically and relationally across its portfolio of clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Organizing the preparation of payments on behalf of our customers (suppliers, social security funds) and follow + updating the corresponding procedures;
  • Processing of various administrative tasks on behalf of our clients (restaurant tickets, fines, occupational medicine, etc.);
  • Processing of payroll (collection and entry of variable items, processing of IJSS, balance of any account, etc.) and monitoring of entitlements and application of social legislation (management of absences, calculation of benefits, participation and profit sharing...);
  • Post-pay processing (social declarations, DADS, analyses, adjustments and justifications of accounts, etc.).

Key Requirements
  • Professional knowledge of English (B2 level minimum);
  • Autonomy, anticipation, responsiveness, timeliness and team spirit
  • Mastery of the the Pack office, particularly Excel
