Discover the Role

The HR&Payroll Assistant is in charge of supporting our French HR&Payroll team from our hub in Ebene to guarantee the quality service across the client portfolio.

He/She will also assist in the management of reports, internal programming and compliance. 

Our team and company will provide effective training workshops so that you can understand the basics of French payroll regulations and provide support to the team as per the required responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure regular payroll and social reporting on client files of intermediate complexity level
  • Enter variable pay items
  • Processing of a new employee: establishment of the DUE, affiliation with social organizations, creation of the employee record in Cegid
  • Process the departure of an employee: fill in the employee’s file, calculate the STC in simple cases (CDD, resignation) and complex cases (dismissal, breaks), drawing up the work certificate, received from STC, Pôle Emploi certificate
  • Establish common Urssaf social statements, pension fund, provident, mutual, occupational medicine, to be supervised by the supervisor
  • Perform all recurring and unusual work on a file, including configuration of files under SILAE, setting up new clients (memberships to the caisses), compliance with the collective agreement, updating as labour law evolves

Key Requirements
  • Good Knowledge of English (B2+)
  • Good Knowledge of French (B2)
  • Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Responsible and organized
  • Good communication skills - Communicates information in a clear and concise manner
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Creating team success – as a member
