As an HR & Payroll Back Officer, you will be working on a continuous challenging environment where you will have to provide the best services to your own international client portfolio and work hand in hand with the HR & Payroll Account Managers, who will guide you along the way!
Processes all payroll-related tasks assigned by the payroll technicians and supervisor:
- Creating new clients in the payroll system
- Creating new client’s paper and electronics records file
- Creating new joiners in the payroll software
- Completing administrative tasks related to new joiners
- Completing quarterly and annual surveys
- Completing administrative tasks related to sickness
- Completing administrative tasks related to leavers
- Request social security and tax office up to date reports
- Maintaining the paper records (permanent file, annual file)
- Maintaining the electronic records.
- Payments, preparation, and coordination signatures for execution
- Filing and paying tax models once they are approved and updating tax
- Checklist elated to this task
- Sending payslips to employees/ clients
- Assists rest of the team with administrative tasks
- Registration on social security and sepe (employment office).
- Filing and organizing documents
- Coordination assisting the supervisor with the set up registrations of the companies and filling out forms for social security
- University's Degree in Business, HR, Accounting or related disciplines.
- No experience is required, but would be considered a plus
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Spanish.
- Medium level in English
- Proficiency in MS Office package
- Strong team-playing skills
- Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments
- Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment
- Flexible schedule (Entry between 8 and 10 AM, exit between 5 and 7 PM)
