TMF Group is looking for a HR Associate who will is result-oriented, mature, independent, and responsible for the delivery of daily work to ensure the right level of quality and timeliness
The HR Associate will be responsible for the overall HR function for Malaysia office(s) and/or Regional Delivery Centre (RDC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the overall HR matters including employee engagement, payroll, new employee induction, recruitment, compensation & benefits, internal reporting, learning & development, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Assist in the facilitation of workforce planning that supports our business strategy and ensuring it is in compliance with our Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Works closely with our recruitment team and assist in the hiring according to TMF’s Group Core competencies.
- Assist in driving training and talent management initiatives, performance management and career development initiatives.
- Assist to implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and work satisfaction.
- Assist in conducting the induction for new joiners.
- Other ad-hoc assignments.
Key Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or Professional HR Certificate or equivalent with familiarity in the HR generalist function of at least one (1) year.
- Knowledgeable in HR policies, procedures, processes, employment law and regulations.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Responsible, accountable, reliable, able to abide by HR code of confidentiality and function as HR gate keeper.
- Must have good interpersonal skills, team player, independent and able to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Problem solver, ability to organize and plan work activities.
