We are looking for an experienced specialist to join our dynamic HR & Payroll team in Kyiv!
- Organize and maintain complete HR administration work in compliance with the Ukrainian legislation;
- Input of necessary data on employees of the Client companies (salary data, hiring, dismissal, transfer, sick leaves, vacations, etc.) in the payroll database;
- Collect and prepare the necessary documents for employment, dismissal, salary or position change, and/or any other change in the employment conditions of employees;
- Preparation and filing of HR reports, statutory and corporate;
- Provide clients with information in respect of labor legislation and local practice;
- Review work of Junior Specialists in respect of assigned clients;
- Participation in HR audits;
- Testing and setting up HR programs (1C), participation in automation, and direct work with a technical specialist;
- Active participation in the setups of clients' companies, setting up work processes at the initial stage.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in different HR areas;
- Relevant higher education and/or prove relevant professional qualification;
- Good knowledge of Ukrainian labour legislation;
- At least an Intermediate level of English;
- PC skills (word, excel, power point, accounting and personnel applications (1C application of any configuration), M.E. Doc, tax cabinet, etc.);
- Ability to work with the different office equipment; - Attentiveness to the details;
- Compliance with deadlines;
