Discover the Role

To provide expert HR support and advice - coach, support, and offer guidance to all stakeholders on applying HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice and coaching to stakeholders on policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Translate business requirements into effective HR strategies aligned with corporate and departmental goals.
  • Support managers in handling complex employee cases including performance, attendance, and disciplinary issues.
  • Drive change management initiatives in support of organizational projects and transformations.
  • Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
  • Champion health and well-being initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to Learning & Development activities by identifying needs and supporting training programs.
  • Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization, fostering transparency and trust.
  • Manage HR operations for employees across multiple locations in India, ensuring consistency and compliance.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Progressive HR experience, preferably in IT Services
  • Experience managing HR operations for employees across multiple locations in India
  • Exposure to HR COE functions (Talent, L&D, Rewards, ER, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance
  • Proven experience in HR project management and change initiatives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required
