Discover the Role

As part of the Internal HR department in TMF Spain, as an HR Internal Trainee you will provide assistance and administrative support to the local HR team.


Key Responsibilities

-Support the onboarding process: documentation, system registration, and welcome coordination for new joiners.
-Prepare and manage contracts, addendums and other employment-related documents.
-Assist with the offboarding process.
-Support in promotion processes and related administrative updates.
-Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle.
-Assist in the management of flexible benefits programs (e.g., Betterfly).
-Provide administrative support for ISO & ISAE certification processes.
-Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR system (Sage).
-Support the preparation of HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, absences).
-Collaborate in internal and external audits, preparing and organizing required documentation.
-Follow up on probation periods and assist in collecting feedback.


Key Requirements
  • Bachelors / master's degree in RRLL, HR or similar.
  • Internship agreement is mandatory.
  • No experience in HR is required but it would be considered a plus.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills.
  • MS Office.
  • Fluent business English (written and spoken).
