Discover the Role

Main responsibilities of the HRIS Executive are to ensure that all support issues are promptly resolved and to ensure the continued health and accuracy of the HR data across all HR systems via full use of audit and data quality reports. Provide support via shared mailbox and chat, manage assigned system administration tasks, develop, and provide regular and ad-hoq reports. The role holder will be expected to carry out independently data input/check /data cleanse work across all HR systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Driving independently established daily/weekly/monthly HR data checks
  • Collaborate with HR users on data corrections and follow up to ensure identified fixes are completed
  • Support data entry across all HR systems (SAGE, Talent Hub, Culture Amp, etc.)
  • Support mass updates using SAGE and Salesforce Data Loader, including verification checks to confirm data was correctly uploaded based on approved inputs
  • Manage regular and ad-hoc reporting
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support for HRIS users
  • Carry out ongoing data cleansing and improvement activities as required
  • Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities
  • Support implementation of system features, including conducting basic SAGE configurations under the supervision of senior team members
  • Participate in HR process improvement projects
  • Support annual HR calendar processes and special project activities as required
  • Continue growing and developing knowledge of HR systems used within HR
  • Work closely with IT and external vendors on technical aspects of HR system integrations, ensuring smooth data flows, issue resolution, and alignment of system requirements

Key Requirements
  • 3+ years of previous experience in HR or experience in Data management and Analysis
  • 1+ year of previous experience in using HR systems
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, -PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, contacts, scheduling, and task management required
  • Advanced knowledge of English language
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • May take accountability for delivery and drives results for a team
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), presentation, and networking skills.
