Main responsibilities of the HRIS Principal are to ensure data accuracy and integrity, to optimize HR technology solutions and drive process improvements to enhance HR operations.
The role holder will be expected to work with the wider HRIS team to provide data, process and system support and advice as required for specific and recurring HR projects. To project manage the implementation of specific system modules or functionality.
Further, the role holder will be responsible for supporting the design, implementing, and managing the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) in TMF, inclusive of payout calculation.
- Support assigned projects of implementation, configuration, and customization the HR systems used in TMF to meet organizational needs;
- As part of assigned projects - work closely with wider HR community and cross functional teams to identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, eliminate redundances, and enhance user experience within the HRIS;
- Provide full data and process support to HR as required to assist them in the delivery of the main HR calendar processes;
- Ownership and oversight of data quality and identify potential enhancements - Oversee the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the HR Systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security;
- Acquire knowledge on other HR Systems used in TMF;
- Provide training and support - Develop and maintain user guides and required training material, carry out live user trainings as required;
- Develop and generate complex HR reports, metrics and dashboards to support HR and business stakeholders using various technologies (e.g. Excel, Power BI, SAGE)
- Analyse HR data and provide insights;
- Work with all relevant stakeholders on Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) in TMF;
- Calculate appropriate compensation structures, including commissions, and bonuses;
- Issuance of the SIP letters to all global sales team;
- Provide training and support related to SIP process;
- Regular update of targets file and budget database;
- Communicate with HR and Finance stakeholders on payout amounts;
- Calculate and administer incentive payments accurately and timely;
- Address inquiries and resolve issues related to incentive plan calculations;
- Perform data analyses on SIP data - Identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports on incentive plan performance for management
- 3+ years of experience in HR Systems/HR analytics;
- Proficiency in HR analytics, data visualization tools and advanced Excel functionalities (advanced excel functionalities such as VBA is mandatory);
- Skills related to understanding of HR processes, data management and reporting requirements are highly preferred;
- Preferred knowledge and experience of any data analytics or data visualization tool, process automation or programming language (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, VBA, SQL, UI Path, Python)
