Discover the Role

The IPT Onboarding Associate will support the IPT Onboarding Manager and the wider IPT compliance team in ensuring the accurate preparation and filing of tax authority registration documents for new and existing IPT clients, alongside support with all other administration relevant to new and existing IPT Compliance clients, where appropriate. The role will involve communication and co-ordination across a team of global IPT professionals, with some client facing communication where appropriate.



Key Responsibilities
  • Support new clients, post-sale, and assist them with the registration process across EU/EEA authorities to obtain tax IDs, as well as assist with changes of address/name and/or de registration of existing clients with EU/EEA tax authorities
  • Support the creation/drafting and filing of accurate company registration documentation for clients within strict deadlines 
  • Regular correspondence and contact with network offices, EU/ EEA Tax Authorities and clients in relation to registrations
  • Monitor and record progress of tax registrations for clients per territory, updating TMF systems accordingly
  • Support the ongoing evolution of operational processes for client registrations to enhance service delivery and drive cost efficiencies as defined by IPT management
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Territory Registration Manuals and supporting templates, updating iteratively as required
  • Keep up to date with changes in local tax legislation in relation to registration processes
  • Support the wider team in building a first-rate professional relationship with local offices and EU/ EEA Tax Authorities within scope, and clients.
  • Use specific software programs and maintain company databases as required
  • Support ad hoc projects in relation to IPT Onboarding and registrations

Key Requirements
  • Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good GCSE and A level grades
  • University degree preferred
  • Resourceful, independent and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and communication skills, 
  • Strong ability to plan and organise
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical structured mind set with ability to follow and build upon existing processes and ensure data is maintained with accuracy and consistency
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook essential
  • German proficiency would be beneficial
