Support the IPT team by assisting in maintaining system content and supporting the ongoing development and implementation of TMF's insurance tax database and calculation tool, IPT Quote.
- Help ensure that tax rates are kept up-to-date in IPT Quote;
- Help ensure that future tax rates changes are entered and tested in a timely and efficient manner;
- Working with the IPT team to help ensure that tax terminology is clear and understandable;
- Updating the IPT news feed in IPT Quote on a timely basis for distribution to clients;
- Working with the IPT team to help ensure that all taxes calculated in IPT Quote, tax calculations are correct and understandable;
- Assist IPT team in delivery of new functionality, system refinements and bug fixes;
- Assist in delivery and implementation of IPT Quote across multiple clients;
- Configuration management;
- Handling and responding to queries from IPT Quote users via the IPT Quote Helpdesk or by direct contact.
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in a similar role;
- Degree holder in finance, accountancy or business-related disciplines preferable;
- Excellent written and communication skills, with strong ability to plan ahead and organise ;
- Analytical structured mind set with ability to follow and build upon existing processes;
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and preferably a second language;
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook is essential.
