In this role you will be supporting the company's virtual environments and platforms. You'll have an opportunity to work with the latest technologies and gain global exposure, and to work in a great team of IT professionals.

•    Support and implementation of Citrix NetScaler, CVAD, and ShareFile (including Storage Zone Controllers).

•    Maintaining and updating Citrix environments (evergreening and performance optimization).

•    Engineering and automating virtual desktop images and OS customizations using scripting tools.

•    Troubleshoot and resolving image and application-related issues.

•    Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems.

•    Producing and maintaining technical documentation and test plans.

•    Participation in ITSM processes including Change Management.

•    Providing technical support, training, and guidance to team members.

•    Citrix Expertise: Advanced knowledge and 3+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler, CVAD, PVS, MCS, App Layering, UPM, FsLogix, ShareFile, and Citrix Cloud.

•    Windows & Infrastructure: Strong expertise in Windows 10, Server 2012R2/2016/2019, GPO management (local and AD), OS customization, Microsoft File & Print Services, and certificate handling.

•    Cloud & Virtualization: Experience with Microsoft Hypervisor, HCI Stack, Azure, VMware, and hybrid cloud environments.

•    Automation & Troubleshooting: Proficient in PowerShell scripting, OS deployment, patching, network traces, and advanced problem-solving.

•    System Integration: Skilled in Storage Zone Controller setup, SSO integration, and hardware/driver support.

•    Soft Skills & Work Style: Strong communication, ability to work independently and remotely, follow procedures, and meet tight deadlines.

•    Qualifications: Microsoft & Citrix certifications, degree in Engineering or Computer Science, and fluency in English.
