The Implementation Analyst supports the successful delivery of HR and payroll implementation and integration projects for global clients. The role involves managing onboarding activities, data mapping, system configuration, testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live support. The position works closely with clients, internal project teams, and local offices to ensure seamless implementation of HR and payroll solutions across multiple countries and entities.

Implementation & Integration

  • Manage client onboarding and data mapping activities independently.
  • Own end-to-end data mapping for assigned countries and entities.
  • Configure platforms such as Optix and integration connectors.
  • Support HR and payroll system implementation and migration projects.
  • Assist in rolling out new integrations, features, and functionality to clients.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and parallel testing activities.
  • Validate data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Log, track, and follow up on defects and integration issues.
  • Provide support during hypercare and post-go-live phases.

Project Delivery & Coordination

  • Manage assigned deliverables and timelines.
  • Maintain project documentation and provide regular project updates.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Identify risks and escalate concerns when appropriate.
  • Participate in internal and external project meetings.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with clients, local offices, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
  • Respond to client queries and support issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Implementation Leads, Integration Consultants, and Testing teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and internal discussion forums.
  • Support the improvement of implementation processes and methodologies.
  • Participate in lessons learned activities and share best practices.

Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience within the HR and Payroll sector.
  • Preferred experience working with HCM and ERP integrations.
  • Exposure to HR system implementations, migrations, or integration projects.
  • Experience working with both functional and technical stakeholders in a client-facing environment.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes.
  • Knowledge of integration concepts and tools.
  • Understanding of:
    • SOAP Web Services
    • REST APIs
    • XML
    • XSLT
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Microsoft Word
  • Experience working within Agile project environments.
