In this role perform basic admin duties, deliver individual projects, provide research that supports team projects, programs, BAU while also aligning to educational/career goals.
- Conduct research and draft solutions for review.
- Support any appropriate administrative delivery for projects or programs.
- Tasks are performed on a day-to-day basis, with periodic review and guidance from line manager or senior team stakeholder.
- Predominantly will interact within the Business Academy team, though may join meetings or email threads that include the wider business.
- Adheres to the values of TMF Group in all interactions, both internal and external.
- Shows awareness of who their stakeholders are and their business needs.
- Responds promptly to client requests and whenever possible within agreed timelines.
- Follows through on agreements and expectations to stakeholders and team, keeping them updated as appropriate.
- Understand the impact of poor service and confident to escalate issues when needed.
- Graduate or post-graduate student with focus on Adult Learning Theory and Design, or other business-aligned studies.
