Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in Preparation, sharing and filing of statutory documents, forms, and returns with MCA and other regulatory bodies, ensuring timely compliance.

2. Assist in Preparation, sharing and filing of board and general meeting documents and circulate them for approval of the line manager before circulating to the clients, as & when required.

3. Assist in Ensuring updating of statutory registers and corporate records for assigned clients in a timely manner.

4. Assist in Ensuring proper filing, storage, and archiving of corporate documents both physically and electronically.

5. Assist in Updating & reviewing the master sheet upon completion of a particular task such as FLA, DPT-3, KYC etc. on a timely basis.


Key Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree holder (BBA, BCom, B.A and BBM).
  • Good knowledge of corporate secretarial law and be familiar with companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies.
  • Good computer skills with experience/knowledge in Viewpoint system as an advantage.
  • Good Communication skills.
