Talent Acquisition Support
· Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
· Conduct initial resume screening and share qualified profiles with recruiters.
· Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
· Support end‑to‑end recruitment coordination and maintain accurate candidate records.
· Post job descriptions on career platforms and assist in applicant tracking.
Candidate Experience
· Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview schedules, updates, and next steps.
· Ensure timely follow‑ups and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
· HR Coordination & Operations
· Help prepare HR trackers, reports, and recruitment dashboards.
· Maintain confidentiality of candidate data at all times.
· Required Skills & Qualifications
· Recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
