Key Responsibilities

· Leadership communication: Partner with the three Market Heads to deliver quarterly all-hands calls in each market as well as important leadership updates as required, ensuring consistent messaging and high visibility of leaders.

· Partner closely with the regional HR Director to support people initiatives across the region, including comms around our bi-annual engagement survey, the annual performance review cycle and local Merger & Acquisition (M&A) integrations.

· Drive global campaign activity around our purpose and values in your region, tailoring messages and content to align with market and cultural specificities.

· Support the regional roll out of key change initiatives related to our global transformation agenda (for example, launch of new or refreshed client services).

· Support our OneTMF culture, maintaining a regular drumbeat of news on our intranet and Viva Engage.

· Occasionally lead on projects that are global in scope on behalf of the team.

· Contribute to the development of the global internal communications plan and collaborate with your IC team colleagues based in other markets and countries.


Key Requirements

· 8+ years’ experience working in internal communications within global matrixed organisations.

· Experience working directly with C-suite / MD-level stakeholders.

· Demonstrable experience communicating change in an organisation (such as large-scale system implementations, M&A, restructures, leadership changes, etc.)

· Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a journalistic eye for great content.

· Adept at targeting specific audiences and prioritising messages.

· Solid expertise across the Microsoft 365 stack, especially Viva Engage.

· Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
